These terms apply to all orders placed with Rocklink Brands, a subsidiary of Rocklink Group, through our website, WhatsApp, email, phone or in person.

Quotations and Prices

Prices on our website are in Kenya Shillings and are starting prices. The final price depends on quantity, size, materials and finishing, and is confirmed in your quotation before production.

Artwork and Proofs

You are responsible for the content you provide and for checking the proof we send. By approving a proof, you confirm that spelling, layout and details are correct. You must have the right to use any logos, images or text you send us.

Colour

We match your brand colours as closely as the chosen material allows. Small colour differences between screens and printed materials are normal.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed with your quotation. Production may require a deposit or full payment, depending on the order.

Refunds

Refunds and reprints are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
