Most of our products are printed or branded to your own design, so we take care to get every order right before production starts.

Proof Approval

Before printing, we send you a proof showing layout, spelling and colours. Production starts only after you approve it. Please check the proof carefully, because errors in an approved proof are not covered by a reprint or refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged, faulty or does not match the approved proof, tell us within 7 days of collection or delivery, with photos where possible. We will reprint or correct the order at no cost, or refund the affected items if a reprint is not possible.

Custom Printed Items

Because custom printed and branded items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind once production has started.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no cost before you approve the proof. After approval, materials and production costs already incurred may be charged.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are paid by M-Pesa or bank transfer within 7 working days.
